Chris

As Director of Cerberus Passive Fire Protection, I bring a strong hands-on background and practical understanding of site delivery. Having started my career installing passive fire systems, drylining, and fire doors, I developed a clear appreciation for quality, compliance, and safety. Prior experience as a Contracts Manager overseeing large-scale projects shaped my structured, detail-focused approach. Today, I lead the day-to-day operations of the Cerberus Fire Group, supporting our teams to deliver consistently high-quality work for our clients.

Away from work, I’m a husband and proud dad to my son, Dalton.

Emma

As Director of Cerberus Passive Fire Protection, I oversee the heartbeat of the business: our office and our finances. My role is to make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently.

My focus is on organisation, accuracy and accountability, so the Cerberus Fire Group can continue to grow and make the business stronger.

Outside of the office, I’m wife to Chris and mum to Dalton and Connor – and that family perspective is a big part of why I care so deeply about what we do. At its core, passive fire protection is about safeguarding lives, and I’m proud to play my part in making that happen.

Anthony (EngTech AIFireE, MIFSM, CertFDi)

Anthony is a seasoned fire safety professional with over a decade of experience in fire risk assessments and fire engineering. He provides strategic guidance to ensure organisations achieve and maintain exemplary standards of fire safety compliance. As Operations Manager, Anthony leads the day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, optimising resources, and implementing robust quality controls to support the organisation’s strategic objectives and long-term growth.

Gavin

With over 20 years’ experience in the fire door industry. Gav began his career on the shop floor, manufacturing fire doors and joinery products using a wide range of equipment, from CNC machinery to heated hydraulic presses. Later progressing into door-set assembly and departmental management, giving a strong, hands-on understanding of the full production process.

Calm under pressure and highly organised, he combines strong planning skills with a focus on excellent customer service. He leads a skilled workshop team, work closely with customers, and overseeing projects from initial design through production and final delivery.

Tom

Tom is an experienced Workshop Supervisor responsible for day-to-day staff management, project planning, and quality assurance. Having started his career on the tools, he brings strong hands-on manufacturing knowledge alongside CNC expertise, enabling him to oversee a wide range of workshop activities. Tom’s methodical approach, attention to detail, and deep understanding of product specification help ensure consistently high standards, efficiency, and compliance across all projects.

Dave

Dave has over 15 years’ experience in fire door manufacturing and is a highly capable Workshop Supervisor known for his attention to detail and practical leadership. Starting his career on the tools, he developed strong hands-on expertise alongside advanced CNC and machinery knowledge, enabling him to oversee production efficiently and resolve issues quickly. Dave manages day-to-day workshop operations, including staff coordination, workload planning, materials ordering, and dispatch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards. Reliable and methodical in his approach, he plays a key role in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across the workshop.

Kellie (DipFD)

Kellie is a dedicated professional with years of experience at Cerberus Fire, specialising in operational efficiency and fire safety compliance. Holding a Fire Door Inspector Diploma, Kellie combines strong technical knowledge with effective logistical oversight. Her role involves coordinating complex job schedules, managing daily logistics, and overseeing workflow to ensure projects are well organised and delivered to the highest standards. With a calm, structured approach, she excels at managing multiple priorities – from scheduling and purchasing to overall organisation – helping keep the team focused, productive, and on track.

Ryan

Ryan is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed quotations for fire door and door-set projects.

With a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of fire door requirements, Ryan plays a key role in supporting smooth project delivery. He is committed to providing clear, reliable estimates and helping clients make informed decisions at every stage.

Eleanor

Eleanor looks after the accounts while keeping our systems, processes, and paperwork in order. She ensures suppliers are paid on time, chases outstanding payments, and helps deliver a professional, reliable service to clients at every stage.

With many years of experience in office and administrative roles, Eleanor has extensive expertise in maintaining quality management systems to meet compliance and regulatory standards. She is committed to high standards of excellence, and operational integrity in all day-to-day finance and administrative processes.

Courtney

As Marketing Assistant at Cerberus Fire, Courtney is responsible for managing and developing the company’s entire marketing presence. From maintaining and growing Cerberus’ online visibility across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to running targeted advertising campaigns that generate leads, her role covers all aspects of digital marketing. She also designs company posters, brochures, banners, and digital artwork, maintains the website, and creates engaging graphics for social media and advertising.

Naturally creative with a genuine passion for graphic design, she also applies her skills outside of work through designing merchandise and creative projects – bringing fresh ideas, consistency, and a strong visual identity to the Cerberus Fire brand.
